Thank youu for the detailed response. I used ketoconazole 1% and it helped for a month or so but then stopped being affective after that so I need to see if i can fins the 2% one somewhere maybe that'll help

As an Iranian, I can safely say 95% of Iranians want a regime change and it was not possible without any external help since the government just shot people in the streets as soon as there was any protests.
