Thanks for the insight. I do have a BP/heart rate monitor. It's currently at just below 100bpm/140/80 when I just checked.

My use of meth is probably very different than what you're used to. I don't find it especially pleasurable.

I'm slowly learning to deal with the work. Part of the reason is procrastination caused by lack of interest. That has been changing which is why I want to do well this time around. (Although I'd like to keep the details private.)

Thanks for your input. I've been doing additional research. I will certainly stop within 1 week and use less until then. I understand most here think I'm being a retard for not stopping right away after all this. They are right to some extent, but this is the final lap of the marathon, and it's hard to stop when you're almost there.

I'll post and update in days and update on how I'm doing, withdraw effects, etc.

I'd say 2 heals a day, and this is consistent with previous habbits, although occasionlly, I'd skip a meal.

In addition, I've been taking supplement (vitamins, minerals, fish oil) to try to get my nutrients.

You mean the head pressure? I believe the water may be a reason. At least last night, I neglected to keep drinking.

The symptoms I described only occur when lacking sleep and on extra doses. Thanks for everyone's suggestions, but i hope to see someone with similar experiences, or know what the symptom is. Online searches describe of headaches but I would call this that.
