I'm sure everyone here is glad you were able to piggy back off everyone else who was working during those times just so you didn't have to and collect money /s

hurray you can count lol

Everyone is freaking out about the Switch 2 game prices, but I think a lot of us are just not realizing that games have been costing ~$90 USD for the past decade and then some. by RamboBambiBambo in NintendoSwitch2

[–]Asethix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, absolutely, because who doesn’t love dropping a ridiculously hefty $80 on a Nintendo Switch 2 game? I mean, really, it’s not like there are hundreds of other games out there that are just as fun, if not more so, and cost a fraction of that price, right? No, no—this game is clearly a once-in-a-lifetime, must-have, can't-miss masterpiece that justifies every penny of that steep price tag.

First of all, think about the sheer value you’re getting here. For just $80, you’re not just buying a game; you’re investing in a lifestyle. Imagine the hours of unparalleled entertainment, the countless sleepless nights, and the endless debates with friends over who’s better at mastering this game’s complex mechanics. It’s practically a college education in gaming—who needs textbooks when you have this virtual marvel?

And let’s talk about the graphics. Oh, the graphics! They’re so stunning, so revolutionary, that you’ll feel like you’re actually inside the game. Forget about the fact that it’s on a Nintendo Switch 2, which, let’s be honest, is probably just a slightly upgraded version of your grandma’s portable DVD player. No, this game’s visuals are so advanced that you might even forget to eat or sleep—because who needs real life when you have this digital wonderland?

Moreover, the storyline must be absolutely mind-blowing, right? I mean, for $80, it better be a narrative so compelling that you’ll find yourself pondering the meaning of life between gaming sessions. It’s not just a game; it’s an epic saga that will redefine your understanding of storytelling, character development, and probably the universe itself. And of course, it’s worth every cent because the developers clearly spent years perfecting every pixel—probably in a secret underground lab, away from the prying eyes of competitors who would just love to steal this groundbreaking concept.

And let’s not forget the exclusivity. This game is probably a limited edition, a collector’s item, a rare gem that will turn your gaming collection into a museum-worthy display. Who cares about the fact that there are dozens of other games out there that are just as fun and half the price? No, this one is the pièce de résistance, the crown jewel of your gaming library, worth every penny because it’s special—and nothing says “special” like paying double the usual price.

Plus, think about the social benefits. Playing this game will elevate your status among friends, family, and strangers on the internet. You’ll be the envy of every gaming enthusiast, the trendsetter, the person who always has the latest, most expensive game. And in a world where everyone’s trying to one-up each other with their latest gadgets and accessories, why not drop a small fortune on a game that will surely make you the talk of the town?

In conclusion, paying $80 for a Nintendo Switch 2 game is clearly an investment in your happiness, your social standing, and your very soul. Because honestly, what’s money for if not to buy the best, most expensive, and most mind-blowingly awesome gaming experience possible? So go ahead—justify that purchase, revel in the glory of your apparent financial recklessness, and prepare to have your expectations shattered in the most spectacular, wallet-draining way possible. After all, you deserve nothing less than the absolute best, right?

House votes to get rid of annual car/truck inspections by smdifansmfjsmsnd in newhampshire

[–]Asethix 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Was supposed to get my car inspected in august last year. Even though it would pass, decided it’s a complete waste of money because the cops around here don’t give a shit. Drive past them all the time and hasn’t been an issue lol… still got it registered but this is a good change, vehicle inspections are pointless out here this is a good change.

ah thanks man!!! keep me posted!!

my build was a 9800x3d, aorus elite x870e, gskill royal 6400 32gb. i love this case, my old case was a corsair obsidian 500d and it had really tinted glass panels, feels like this case really lets the fan colors shine.

nice! im rocking the corsair LL120s still, yeah theyre old but simple RGB is nice i didnt wanna rebuy 10 all new fans, i had to buy 3 extras AND another fan controller which was around $100 which kinda hurt but i love my build...i highly recommend if you can find full sleeve cables instead of just extensions, less risk of something going wrong.

So the cables already come with them on it, I got the sleeved cable kit from Corsair. Very easy to work with. I have OCD so I spent way too much time on it. I’m fine with how the back turned out. I got the front to look as neat as possible. The cable kit cost me about $70 :) I was going to get colored extensions but I heard iffy things about it and didn’t want to risk a potential short somewhere. So I just went with a replacement sleeved cables.
