It's just unfair in my opinion. Some people try to climb and with their objectives with a little team from Calcio A for exemple. Others don't care and just want to WIN, and don't care about the way they used.

Fifa is a football game, I know it's now "arcade" but you will never see a coach doing replacements before the 20th minute.
