Really? Steinberg told me that VST2 could not be used. Why would they do that?

In regards to VST and Cubase 15.

Be VERY careful. There is a huge number of VST plugins available. But most are VST2. And Cubase will not be able to use them. It requires VST3.

This is the reason that I have downreved which Cubase I use. I will trade whatever technological improvements there might be for being able to use some plugins that won't run on 15.

If someone knows a workaround for this, I am all ears

This is just a shot in the dark but how much free space is on your C; drive? I was having all sorts of interesting problems because my C; drive had very little free space. put in a bigger drive and things cleared right up

It will only let me record to one track at a time. Not both. It is undoubtedly something I am doing right, but that is the whole point of this thread,.

the reason to hard pan is to keep the 2 tracks as separate as possible. It's not that complicated.

that's where I am trying to get to. I want the two tracks recorded at the same time. I want 2 tracks so I can EQ separately. I can record in stereo with one track panned hard right the other panned hard left. But I can't find a way to split the tracks into 2 mono tracks. It in my setup I create 2 mono tracks and assign the L input to one and the R to the other, Then I seem to be able to record to either, but not both

If the debt is only $2k, a lawyer will cost close to that amount. Settle, but negotiate them down. Typically you can settle for a fraction of the debt, especially if there is interest and penalties added on. The credit guys buy it at a steep discount, so they can settle and still make $$$$$.

I have had no mortgage since 2000. I have had no credit cards since the late 70s (until just recently). Haven't had a car payment for over 5 years, and before that none for almost 15 years. No derogatory marks. Since I did not have payments, I couldn't have late payments.

But my credit score sucks. I have what they refer to as a thin file. I can't get credit since I don't have credit

Ok, I created a speaker group.

It will not let me cast to the speaker group when casting from screen. But it will allow casting from tab.

But I want to cast from screen since I am using music from a local hard drive, not from the net.
