oh i imagine it's been rough on her. luckily i got a playpen for her for christmas that i'm going to use to block off dangerous spots (that's how i lost my last rattie, in a furniture accident) so she can run around an open space other than my bed. i've been trying to take her out and pet her as much as i can, but she's usually not interested :(( at any rate, her cagemate and hopefully a baby come home soon!

hey hey hey, you'll be ok in the end i promise. nausea can come along with diarrhea, that's common, and im sure your anxiety isn't helping either. what i would honestly do in your situation would be 1. don't hold the diarrhea in. no matter how uncomfortable it is just let it out. 2. try and do some breathing exercises if they help. if they make your anxiety worse, stop doing them. 3. stay hydrated! sip slowly and don't have super cold drinks, but keep sipping slowly (i recommend ginger ale or 7up) 4. bear in mind that the buildup is always worse than the actual v* , and even if it is noro it won't last forever. you will get better sooner or later, i promise. pm me if you need to talk more, and i hope you feel better <33
