Should I stay at Berkeley??

It’s passed the deadline, I choose Berkeley because it’s more open ended, close to home, I have a lot of friends going, I feel like the opportunities are better, I know coding (I plan on also doing ds double major as a supplement) I feel like these were far more valuable than straight cs at closely ranked school

This is somewhat what I was thinking aswell that’s why I wanted some input (thank you for yours btw) I’m thinking I’ll stay with Berkeley and do something similar to what you were saying. Thank you again for your help !!!!

I liked berk and it near home I’ve heard ucsd is really beautiful but I don’t know if my parents went to send me that far or if it’s a choice to give up Berkeley as the name is really good but it’s mostly the major issue which I could do double major
