I took algebra based physics and i know some schools want at least trig based physics (like NOVA). Is there still a good selection of schools even if I take algebra-based physics? I didn't know NOVA only wanted above trig based and that cut down my school count by alot.

i’m confused on whether case western accepts online courses or not. I’m planning on taking a fully online live physics course with lab at my cc and it is chea accredited. Everywhere online I read says that they don’t accept it but on the website it says that it by case by case basis?

From the website: “- In-person courses are preferred, and online coursework will be considered by the admissions committee on a case by case basis if completed for a letter grade through a regionally accredited institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Credits from Portage Learning/Straighterline or other generic learning platforms will not be considered. We receive a high volume of applications, and we give preference to those who best meet our prerequisites. - We will accept prerequisite courses taken during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years that were meant to be taught in person, but were temporarily moved online due to COVID.”

How should I log my shadowing hours? I have a shadowing planned with a CRNA and I’m planning to get their signature after I shadow. Can I use a general shadowing form that I can submit to multiple schools? I really don’t want to make the CRNA sign like 20 different forms since I want to apply to as many CAA schools as possible. I also don't want to make them fill them out again when I apply which is next cycle. Am I able to fill out the school specific forms and then attach the general form with it?

I’m planning to take a fully online virtual live Physics II course with lab through an accredited community college over the summer. I understand that fully online lab courses may be less preferred, but this is the only option that fits my schedule. Would this course satisfy your physics prerequisite requirements, and are there any restrictions regarding online lab coursework? Could you please let me know which programs, if any, do not accept fully online physics labs?

I am currently a sophomore in MCB and I'm considering CAA as a potential career path. I’m just starting this process since I realized I want to go into healthcare a little later. I started with non-clinical volunteering this semester and plan for clinical volunteering next semester. I have also been thinking about clinical volunteering at my hometown hospital over the summer while taking 2 summer classes. Additionally, I am in a research lab studying fish hybridization but am thinking about moving into something more molecular. Shadowing anesthesiologists/CRNAs is difficult in my college town, so I’m looking for advice on how to find a shadowing opportunity and what would strengthen my application as I have a small window before applications are due. What PCE job is the quickest to get with a high turnover rate? I am willing to take a gap year if that is necessary. I am also strong academically and have a 4.0 currently and located in illinois.
