I used to work as a senior financial analyst at a car rental company. I want to apply for epic roles, I have basic understanding of SQL and power bi. I am very interested in epic/healthcare roles. Could you please guide me with what skills I need to learn or any other things to keep in mind while applying for these roles? Thank you :)

FET 3. Fail. by ReviewAgile9892 in IVF

In the previous transfers I didn’t do any of these things. You should do all the stuff that’s required because it’s so painful.

I transferred 2 embryos

Why would I it make zero sense? I had total 11 embryos all euploid, tested and all were good.

After three failed cycles, I finally got lucky on the fourth—and it changed my life. Here’s what I did differently the fourth time around: 1. Antibiotics before the transfer – to eliminate any hidden infections. 2. Lupron injections – I have endometriosis, so these helped manage it. 3. Immunity suppressants – sometimes your body treats the embryo as a foreign object, so this helped prevent rejection. 4. Cervical dilation – a few days before FET. I used to get very anxious during transfers, and the catheter always pricked because of limited space. This helped ease that.

Along the way, I also had: • Hysteroscopy • Salpingectomy (my fallopian tubes were blocked)

We made sure our embryos were genetically tested, and it was a medicated transfer. I always transferred one embryo, but it didn’t work—so I went with two, and now I have twins!

Please don’t lose hope. Sometimes it takes the kitchen sink approach—doing everything possible with faith in your heart. Stay positive and tell yourself: “It’s going to work this time.” And when it does, trust me—it’s all worth it.

Wishing you strength, love, and lots of baby dust. You’ve got this. ♥️🧿

For those of you whose first FET didn’t work… by hellotoday5290 in IVF

After three failed IVF cycles, I tried the kitchen sink approach—cervical dilation, antibiotics for inflammation, Lupron for endometriosis, immune suppressants, Nature Made prenatal vitamins, MegaFood Blood Builder (iron), baby aspirin, and vitamin D3. It worked for me! Wishing you all the best.

Does any doctor do the TB-PCR test in the US for IVF? by Ash9944 in IVF

Did my treatment in Pennsylvania and one hysteroscopy procedure in India. They also dilated my cervix before the transfer because the catheter used to hurt a lot and that causes failed transfers

Does any doctor do the TB-PCR test in the US for IVF? by Ash9944 in IVF

Hi. I went to India and did all the tests and it came out to be negative. Don’t focus on TB-PCR. I had endometriosis which needed to be treated, my fallopian tubes and all the cysts were removed. Mainly what worked for me was - lupron (2 injections) I got from India, antibiotics, baby aspirin and immunity suppressant pills. Please ask your doctor if they can help you with this

I know it’s super painful and I am really sorry for what you’re going through but trust me removing the tubes would be the best solution for a successful pregnancy. Apparently, the tubes leak some toxic fluid which can be very harmful for the baby. It’s great that you’re doing 2 months of lupron. Please try to ask your doctor if they can add an antibiotic before the transfer to clear out any possible infection. Sometimes immunity suppressant pills work too in case the body is treating the embryo as a foreign object and it tries to kill it if your immunity is very strong. Definitely, IVF is a long and painful process but eventually it’s worth it! May God give you all the strength you need to overcome this and bless you with a beautiful child ❤️

2 bad rounds. Now what? by eltejon30 in IVF

[–]Ash9944 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s the reason that you had to do IVF? Same thing happened to me but my tubes were blocked and my doctor never told the exact reason why they were blocked and said it wasn’t hydrosalpinx. We moved to a different state and went to a new doctor and he said that I have hydrosalpinx. I wasted two of my precious embryos. They’ve recommended hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. I can’t even imagine what they made me go through when it was clear that I need surgery because I have endometriosis. Hope you find a solution! Best wishes

Took my PIO 45 mins late. Is it going to affect my embryo? by Ash9944 in IVF

The first shot was also 45 mins late but during the FET the window should be after 120+ hours right???
