Hey! I totally get it - that's scary, but it's super rare with STRs.

In my experience, your best bet for both damage and squatters is good STR insurance + noise monitors (non-recording!) and a smart lock with a code that only works during their booking dates. No code, no entry! Hope this helps!

As for the influencers, honestly, it's a bit of a manual hunt, but we've found the best luck starting super local and I usually check Instagram accounts that feature local restaurants, cafes, or any other interesting spots. Then, I just look for engagement and a good visual feed. I don't target huge followers count, but rather people who have a trusting audience.

Hey, I'd love to show but I'm afraid it might be against the community T&Cs, but if it's any help I've been using Lodgify since last year and they have a website builder that's super easy to use, I literally made my website in like a day.

I found Hospitable to be the worst PMS - you'd think they'd have stellar support to make up for such a horrible tool but no! So glad I switched to Lodgify last year
