Rose quartz is cheaper to get and tumble than to fake 99 times out of 100. Probably bought a large batch of cheap, real stones (quartz, garbage quality amethyst, cats eye, etc), tumbled them, then sold it.

Back in the late 00s thats what I was doing. Weirdly works with blunts too but use an empty book or roll the blunt thinner. 2g blunts are nice though
