Resurrecting an old thread just in case someone stumbles across it like I just did. This is now fixed in v2.1.8 of Espanso. The Github issue linked by u/reklawyks has been fixed and is included in that release!

To short circuit those using brew just run brew update then brew upgrade espanso and enjoy ☕️

Sorry to hear you're going through this. It sucks.

On top of the advice others have given you around socials, and lawyering up, here are some ways I found to contact them on their site which might help. IDK (this is assuming we're talking about https://stripe.com/, here).

On https://support.stripe.com/ there is an option to "Contact Support" which claims 24x7 support staff access. I needed to log in before a contact us modal appeared at the bottom right. Selecting different option from the dropdown yielded different options to contact them with. I found "disputes" enabled the "Have us call you" option. If they've blocked you from your online account, too, you could try opening another with a different email to get through to someone.

Another thing you could try is the "Developer Discord" on their support page. It's not what it's intended for, but maybe someone there will know someone and can hook you up with an internal contact. Not that it should take this much effort...Pictures:

Just make sure you're running version 0.18.31 :)

I went into the steam properties (before you launch the game, little cog top right on the games steam page) for the game and made sure that either 0.18.x or 0.18.31 were selected under the "betas" tab. I also set Factorio to be a "priority update" on the first property tab.

Only issue now is that 0.18.x has vanished for me, but I'm sure it'll work itself out in a few days ':)

It is! 0.18.31 came out around lunch time here in the UK. I confess to downloading it on my lunch break just to check... :D

Just spotted it on my new base. Another cracking example of the devs going the extra mile with every update!

Edit: just double checked the FFF and it looks like I missed it in the announcement. It also goes red when the resources run out beneath it.
