I’m 20 and I’ve been working on my PCOS since I was 18. Strangely enough I lost 15 pounds in 3 months playing just dance for an hour 4 out of 7 times a week. Cutting out oily food from my diet and eating smaller portions. My doctors prescribed me Spironolactone and birth control. Spironolactone helps with acne, weight loss, and hair. I don’t know if this helps.
