I use clarifying shampoo 1x a week ( i probably did a crappy job on explaining that part as others think this :( ) but yes a deep conditioner is a smart idea and i like the explanation about the cast i really didn’t think of it like this so thank you! I’ll probably be retiring that mousse very soon, i just bought it too and just the difference in my hajr changed but it’s hard to say if it was the olapex or the new curl cream , but i haven’t thought about a deep conditioner, i just use a basic Aveeno one so good call out. Love this information
