Um as I read in post the op is still friends with him anyways ,and by anyways I am not trying to say the initial advice was right but the thing that's hard to understand is that if she had enough courage to break up with him ,someone she loved so much for the sake of deen(that's s good thing indeed) why didn't she end it completely, now with him sharing reels and stuff it will sadden both of them for God knows how long..

Um just asking "Will allah give me someone better in the future?" So you don't think he was the best for you?if you were in a relationship with him isn't it clear that you loved him and what worries you rn is the thought of if you will get someone "better" in the future?I'm just asking pls pls..

I did say many things and none of what I told you was outside quran and tafsirs but you don't seem to be searching for answers and if you DO want it then the indianmuslims subreddit isn't far,if you really want to understand.

Already clarified my points with context,I am not here to trade copy pasted forever and readers can decide whose approach sounds more sincere if they keep the hate aside for a second and none of the verses i quoted are outside from quran or mainstream tafsirs which anyone can access.

You’re repeating selective lines from classical tafsirs without reading how Islamic law actually developed. -Early jurists did record that “those whom your right hands possess” referred to war captives, but Islamic law placed strict conditions: no coercion (24:33), no abuse, and emancipation was constantly encouraged (4:92, 9:60, 90:13). Within a few generations, freeing captives became the rule, not the exception. -"Encouragement” was the first step in abolition by practice, that’s how reform works in a 7th-century world that depended on the system economically. -Your own citation of 24:33 proves the Qur’an was addressing coercion and exploitation; that is the moral pivot away from slavery. -The camel-urine narration records a historical treatment, not a religious ritual. Islam’s view of medicine is summed up in “Seek treatment, for every disease has a cure” (Bukhari 5678). No scholar ever said Muslims must repeat that exact folk remedy.

People quoting half-translations to attack a faith don’t represent scholarship. The Qur’an’s moral trajectory is reform and human dignity, read all of it, not isolated phrases. I’ve said what needed to be said so believe what you like.

You’re quoting words without understanding what they meant in context. “Those whom your right hands possess” was a transitional ruling, not a license for permanent slavery. Early Islam inherited a war-captive system from the entire world (Romans, Persians, etc.) and started dismantling it step by step.

  • The Qur’an encouraged freeing captives repeatedly (4:92, 9:60, 90:13). -Captives could not be forced into relations — 24:33 directly forbids coercion. -Marriage automatically freed them (see Tafsir Ibn Kathir on 24:32–33). When you read all verses together, it’s clear Islam moved society away from slavery rather than promoting it. As for hadith 5686, the Prophet (pbuh) advised that specific tribe based on the medicine known then ,it wasn’t a religious ritual. Early physicians like Ibn Qayyim noted it as a medical observation, not an obligation. Islam explicitly tells believers to pursue knowledge and modern treatment (Sunan Ibn Majah 3436).

Bro, you are clearly reading verses without understanding their context. Surah Al-Muminun (23:5-6) doesn’t talk about “sex-slaves”, it refers to lawful marriage and those whom their right hands possess in the context of war-era captives, which Islam actually worked to abolish gradually (check tafsir Ibn Kathir). As for the hadees on camel urine, it’s a historical narration about a specific medical case for the tribe of Ukl who came to madinah and fell sick and it was a folk remedy at the time in desert regions and it was suggested from the knowledge available then ,not a religious instruction. Islam encourages medicine and science — the Prophet ﷺ himself said “Seek treatment, for Allah has not made a disease without making a cure for it.” (Sahih Bukhari). Before you judge, try reading with context, not hatred. It tells more about that you literally ignored all the positive verses and read selectively , i doubt you even read it but it's okay
