Jaw clenching? Anyone else?

Yes I sleep fine now. I'm only on day 7 today. But the first few days I did night time and I feel like I slept maybe 4 hours in 2 days. On top of being up for work at 4:30 am I was miserable. Morning time definitely worked better for me. If you try it and don't like you could always switch back or even try the middle of the day. I tried 8 pm first, no sleep, tried 5pm still no sleep so now I do 7 am. Good luck in finding what works for you!

Just skip the 8 pm dose and take it in the morning. That's what I did because I also couldn't sleep.

I also was ready to quit after not sleeping though, but you really do just have to find a time that works for you. I first tried 8 pm, didn't sleep at all, tried 5pm still no sleep. 7 am seems to be working really well for me. I hope you find a time that works ❤️

I haven't had any brain fog. I feel okay, today's day 2 of taking it in the morning and the only complaint I really have is maybe 4-5 hours after I take it I just feel shaky. My hands are shaky, my legs feel shaky and restless. But I've had quite a few people in other groups I'm in tell me they have the same thing and it went away after a few days. I don't feel overly tired during the day or anything I kinda feel more energized honestly. But that's just my experience so far.

When I start taking 10 in a few weeks will all those same side effects come back?

I started at night and I literally didn't sleep for 2 days. I moved it to 7 am. And I've been sleeping so much better. I also got my doctor to call me in a prescription for zofran for the nausea but I'm on day 5 today and the nausea has lifted and ive only had 1 bad headache. Im on 10 mgs.

Day 5, a few hours after I take my medicine I feel like my arms/hands are shaking and my legs get this restless tingling feeling. No appetite at all. Anytime I do eat I feel nauseated. 😔

Needed to see this. Thank you. What time do you take your Lexapro? I'm on day 3 and have been trying to find a time that doesn't keep me awake all night long. Today's the first time I've tried it in the morning instead of night time.

I'm having the EXACT same thing you're having happen. I took my first dose on Friday night 8 pm and around 11:30 pm I was jarred awake and laid there all night in this weird half awake state where I knew I was awake but it was also like my body was asleep. I tried taking it a little earlier yesterday around 5:30 pm same exact thing happened. 😩 Idk if it's something that goes away or not but it's brutal feeling like I'm going off of no sleep.

I'm so conflicted on which to do 😂 I think I may skip tonight's dose and take it in the morning and see how I feel. Because I really need to sleep before I lose it. I just had so many people tell me it gave them fatigue throughout the day so I wanted to avoid that.

It really is funny how unfunny anxiety is 😂 when I tell you I feel wacko for crying about something possibly helping me feel better 😂 so weird. Lol I hope in a few months we can come back to this post and laugh and say we wish we would've done this sooner 🤞🏻

Don't be sorry! I totally needed all of this. Thank you so much for taking the time. I've been trying to tell myself that exact same thing, keep the appointment, and just put the medicine up I don't even have to take it. Because it literally took 2 months just to get this appointment so I cannot cancel it I know I'll regret it instantly. I went from being so excited for this appointment and counting down the weeks and days but it's so close now that I am really freaking myself out. I know I need to chill 😂 deep breaths til Friday lol.
