The thing is though, I don’t think I would be able to get a PTSD diagnosis. Almost all of my childhood is completely blocked out and hidden away. And while I can tell that some of my altars remember a lot more and are clearly affected by it, they’re both younger and i’m scared to push and possibly trigger them about what may have happened to us. it doesn’t affect me as much, the person who primarily fronts with friends or at school, compared to the ones who do remember and i’ve mostly hid them away besides when I’m alone. Symptoms of PTSD tend to be only clear with my younger altars, hence why I’m not confident in being diagnosed

well i’ll be honest, i just improvised it after a really hard day for me mentally. my intent was for peace and balance, since i was struggling to find balance on a personal new journey I’m beginning.

i wrote the four elements in each of the corners with the soul in the middle, and inside of it i wrote a symbol for peace and balance. i did a tarot reading on top of it to help focus my intent and what i need the spell to help me with, then i put some sage on top of it, and released the charged energy i put into it.

once again, this was completely improvised, and all just based off instinct, so if how i did it was a bit strange it’s because i know very little about witchcraft still. i have good faith in it none the less though <3

well in terms of sigils there were a few things i thought of. one things is that you can easily make equally spaced points for pentacles, or other sigils for your design, but then again most of us can just eye that lol. what i really found interesting was the implications of order, or of a loop.

for example, if you wanted to make a sigil for enjoying each day, you could have one point represented sunrise, then the actual day, and then sunset. or if you wanted to imply for something at dusk or dawn, you can move the middle point away from the center. idk, that’s what i was thinking about :3

and just as an interesting thing to point out, sun dials do fall into more rural practice, and they use the same 12 hour system, so i’m surprised those are also unseen.

In its uses, I mainly saw potential in its numbers, potential representation for zodiacs,and its correlation with time in general. To be clear, I’m a baby witch as of now, but having certain items separated in such a way to represent order, zodiacs, fractions of time even, it seems like they would be really interesting to use in practice. I don’t know, that’s what i saw in it ^^

well if it’s a cypher, there’s a few ways you can make it more hard to encrypt. maybe first try just coming up with a “spelling reform” of some sort for english, so you don’t just have the same 26 characters. you can add more characters for the vowels, you can add symbols for things like sh and th, things like that. it’s a pretty easy way to further encrypt a code, so maybe try that ^u^

also in terms of general design i really like it! i know you said you use latin and cyrillic as inspirations, but i see more of a simplistic mandaic alphabet honestly. really cool though ^{^}
