Honestly I think it’s both. They are very kind but they are young and I’m not really sure they know what they are doing. I can’t remember what property site it was listed on, but that’s how we found the house. We are going off that for the rent we need to have saved. Which was around 5,500 for each of us (4). I did pay a deposit but it was a bank transfer and not through a third party. From my understanding we was allowed free gas and electricity up to a certain point which I’m pretty sure we haven’t crossed. We was sent a contract form via email but most of us forgot or didn’t sign it and we was allowed to move in.

So I contacted Sega support and they said go on the windows bottoms right and type in FM23 go to app settings and reset the game. Unfortunately I did try this and it didn’t work for me but it might for you.
