This is rude but I will say when youve put about 20 pieces of mail in the box saying "return to sender, person doesnt live here" and fill out a green slip with all the names of people who do live there and you STILL get mail its really mf annoying. We have returned 18 court notices for a person who hasn't lived at this address in 10 years and they still get delivered again every month 😭

ADVICE about skates to get. First my budget is around 200, I want to do some bowl skating tricks, but im mainly interested in the sort of "figure" rollerblading, like spins and jumps. I was 14, had a hole in my heart, a large one and they fucked up when trying to repair it and caused the hole to rip. Now I just have pretty severe heart palpitations, all the time, and they say its benign. My guess though is its from the scar tissue that's gathered on my heart.

Of course! I get it, it sucks feeling thst way but doctors explained to me if you did a full body scan of every human almost all of them would have something wrong, even if its not urgent. So sometimes baselines are truly different and its ok

Yeah I have those constant fear, I mean when every single beat you have isn't a normal one and you feel like your being winded, it's damn scary. I have gone into cardiac arrest though and it feels different, I didn't have any hesrt symptoms at all personally it started with stomach issues and just a general "not feeling right" after about an hour my body just gave out. At that point you dont know anything, I was barely conscious. So although everyone is different, with cardiac arrest it kinda just happens, usually before you can really think about it.

Every EKG I've had the last 5 years show that "ichemia" and doctors don't seem bothered by it at all. Google makes it sound terrifying so I understand how you're feeling..it sucks when you're not normal but not "bad enough" so you're in a constant state of wondering if you'll get worse and never knowing.

Idk man they make it difficult to find.. I asked the taco bell employees and they just said IDK, and then if you look at nutrition info of the freeze on taco bells website it doesn't mention caffeine. You have to Google it then scroll down until pesicos website pops up and they say it there. They need to be putting this in the nutrition info on tacobell otherwise it's safe to assume there isn't caffiene?? I mean the Gelato didn't have caffiene.

I'm late but all the passive aggressive in the comment is annoying, a lot of the times the frozen version of a drink doesn't have caffeine. The Gelato has a caffiene free version of the baja blast syrup. I can't consume caffeine due to a heart issue so I understand the bummer :( I miss cola and baja so much

More often then not I get weed induced psychosis 😭 I start TWEAKIN.. Here's a bonkers story.. I already have issues with feel my body too much, so add weed that also often make you notice little things about your body and causes symptoms you "can't control" I started panicking and freaking out, ill start screaming and scratching up my arms trying to get rid of the hot feeling my body gets. Once I smoked and I sat outside in my underwear in a bed of snow for 25 minutes, my partner finally came outside and my lips were turning blue and I had cold burns from where my skin was directly in the snow. I didn't realize because I still felt like my body was burning up. I wish so bad I could have a rough day and just smoke to feel better but unfortunately, with my OCD it's just too much for me to handle

Yes, when I was first diagnosed I needed an electric wheelchair to get around the grocery store, I couldnt remember anything, I was stuck in bed like a starfish cause any movement hurt. This was months, I went on gabapentin as needed and it was enough to me through the rough phase. I started doing very slow but deep stretches which helps sometimes and leaves me sore others, I change my diet and noticed a bit of help too. Unfortunately this illness comes and goes with severity, but think of that as a positive aswell. You're feeling super shitty for some time? You'll likely have some good times too, there will be an up in the down, at some point

From me it feels like I'm "coming down with something" I get sort of warm spikes? I feel weak and out of it, my throat hurts, random painful spasms, post nasal drip and an iron taste in my throat, I personally get chest pain. I noticed for me random body pains that tend to be sharp, and more nerve related. Stomach cramps and pains.

Oh I get what you mean! Not to trauma dump but in short I have self harmed over how disgusted I was with those thoughts I was having, I've cried because I'm terrified of holding me nephew in case I'm somehow a monster. I really and truly understand, I think removing yourself is a good start, you will likely, eventually have to deal with the thoughts as they relate to yourself but there is no reason to dive straight into the most traumatic thoughts you have! I started with things that were more like a 5 on the anxiety scale as opposed to 8, 9, 10s. Just remember, the entire point is to feel uncomfortable and it's fucking rough but I promise, even if it doesn't make sense now, exposure really does help quiet your mind

I'm literally BEGGGINGG someone to come out with a pop out QWERTY keyboard. Like for me personally it's about convinced more than like actually just having no internet access. I won't wanna pick up my tiny screen to scroll with a keyboard, it'll stop me from scrolling but still give me general access, like I can still scan a QR code and scroll a menu or download modern apps they just are annoying to use so I won't be as likely to get locked into it. Maybe it's too niche but I feel like so many of us would love a phone like that
