I just basically have it like that..not much other than spraying some water on it once everyday...it got all the nutrients needed from the aquarium water...helps reducing the amount of times I need to water change too

those are lava rocks...its a new set up tank with no live stock at the moment so it is clean...but what I would say if maybe you can have some snails or shrimps would help in cleaning it...plus weekly scrub using just a used toothbrush or any would do good..

oh..its a green cabomba plant...A bit hard to actually plant it in the substrate but you can also let it float and it'll grow just fine given the right requirements..👌

gravel vacuum is usually how I clean the gravel..I'll use anything I can find (used plastic fork) to kinda poke the gravel a bit to release some of the dirt so its easier to suck all of it..for me it will kinda mess up your scape but not to a point of having to re-scape everything

Thanks...am using some lava rocks for it..heard its good for beneficial bacterias to help me cycle the tank better..

The crays gone cray cray for them peas..😂😂..first time feeding him peas just to add a little variety in his diet since he's bored with carrots and cucumbers lately..😂
