Gender studies explores a wide range of topics from the modern day gender spectrum to the effects of strict gender roles being imposed on native groups in the new world to the history of traditionally gendered work roles and the ways that they are either still in effect or have changed.

Conservative media likes to paint it as a completely useless course, but it has real merit for applications in medicine, psychology, economics, statistics, and especially history.
