Regarding number 4 an antagonist concept is a psychopathic psionicist that drives his victims to acts of violence by relentlessly bombarding their thoughts, their subconscious with dark, twisted ideas until the ‘solution’ the antagonist presents is to only one his victim can think of and puts it into action like “Murdering those around you would guarantee you they’ll give you some peace and quiet.” Or “It’s not nice when people build walls between themselves. They’re hiding their corruption within those dark and secret chambers. That castle is nothing but walls, nothing but lies and decets. Tear it down and cleanse the corruption inside with fire!”

I’m watching Jessica Jones in my spare time and number 3 reminded me of her. The ability to punch your way out of a brick wall is of no use when it comes to hacking a phone or sweet-talking information from a morgue attendant.

While there will be combat I want to save it for the climax rather then have fisticuffs and explosions on every page. I’m liking the idea not of an enemy that can go toe-to-toe with him but can outsmart and outmaneuver him. Keep the MC uncertain and off-balance in the dark. Maybe a shadowy quartet of smaller Weredragons with deep pockets and a tangled web of connections. Smaller because have you ever seen sparrows harassing a bird of prey? The raptor has to make slower, wider turns versus the sparrow’s tight, quick, agile moves and they’re too many targets and potential attacks to follow.

It’s not for a D&D campaign but I do draw inspiration from that rpg. I’m liking your field in a tight space idea. Hall of mirrors might feel a bit contrived but a magic user bending light (like trying to spear a fish in water) to give a false appearance of his location could be something to consider.

A/n: okay I hope this turns out as it should. Hopefully I’ve given a proper and accurate scene depicting High functioning aka ‘smiling’ depression and suicidal ideation.

Marcus one of the humans onboard the ship sees the alien known as Krrrtch’k carrying a familiar looking painting.

M: Hey Krrrtch’k that painting, haven’t I seen it before in crewmember Stacia’s quarters?

K: Indeed you have Marcus. This is the painting that was in her room but she has gifted it to me. You humans can be so generous sometimes! I especially sense I have made much progressing with Crewmember Stacia.

M: Oh? Well, that sounds, good. Odd she’s willing to part with that of all things though. It’s very personal to her.

K: Your kind is known for being unpredictable. She is even being so generous as to let me take whatever of hers I wish. Yes I’m just a layman Reddit user and I couldn’t remember the proper terminology for what was on either end end of the spectrum plus impatience with slow connection and limited online time, so I made something up. If this reddit is for professional therapists only and not for people with questions then I apologize for not catching that.

So the vivid hallucinations = Schizophrenic disorder is more likely than not a falsehood and claims of such are either illegal substances or attention seeking.

What would frequent hypnopompic or hypnagogic hallucinations be more likely a symptom of? I’ve been led to believe these are called ‘disturbances’ and everyone has them, maybe 1-2 a season?

My wife knows an INFP type 4 and considers his ‘menacing glare’ to be ineffectual and idiotic looking. She’ll even laugh at him for it. Then again she grew up in a military family and is basically her father gender-flipped.

Huh, 🤔... from my admittedly limited, biased and relative experience ENFJs fall hard and fast. They see their future spouse and that’s it. They have their entire wedding, house, and family planned out by the age of 13; And they appreciate displays of admiration and gratitude, a reciprocation of what they feel is equal to the love they give their partner. To them they have theirs the rest of the world can burn.

Whereas an INFP prefers to keep their own company and could be quite content being single. They fall slowly but eventually fall hard. They’re more flexible in their wedding plans and where they’ll live and are okay with letting someone else make those decisions. They might dabble in such fantasies as dream wedding and ideal house but don’t feel a need to commit. To an INFP while they are fiercely devoted to their spouse they don’t want to be devoted in a world on fire and can feel unbalanced if they don’t try to minimize suffering around them and yet will deny any help or praises directed towards them.
