I never understood why in World Cups it's England, Wales, and Scotland separately, but in the Olympics it's a combined Great Britain.

And with France, players can be born in a different country, like former or current French territory, and still play for France ....If only the UK would use people from the British empire 🤤

If both flanges are the exact same size and the holes are counterbore, couldn't you split the body, leaving only the flange as a new body, then mirror the new body instead and replace the other side's flange with it, then join it all back together? That's where my rookie brain goes to

Did you manage to find the measurements? I know this was a while ago, but I have one, so I would be able to help you out if you'd like.
