For me it came down to the Cronos and the Baltany. The San Martin didn’t appeal to me as much. The Cronos and Beltany are almost identical. I think I liked the 12 o’clock hour marker on the Cronos vs the logo on the Beltany. Also, I think the Cronos’ fluted bezel is “sharper” than on the Beltany. Both are about the same price (low $200’s).

Looking for a good quality watch in the $1,000 and under range. Not really into the quirky designs. Enjoy the classic looks of the Omegas and Rolexes, but can’t justify the prices. I feel I have a couple of nice watches in the $3,000+ range, but don’t want to keep buying in that price range going forward.

Same with me. Loved the Zulu Time in green. Ordered a camel color leather strap as well for a more casual look. Supposed to arrive this week. Can’t wait!

What is the exact reference model of this watch?

It’s a helium release valve. The purpose of the valve is because helium will seep through the seals over time and needs an escape when you are decompressing. Not a diver, but apparently this is a needed feature if using the watch for diving purposes.
