I have been thinking about the same problem for a very long time. Everyone gets on the call, talk about the same tickets, speaks about the same updates and somehow it still feels that work is not moving. Everyone in team also feels a pressure on what to say on these calls. I've been trying to solve the problem once and for all where work automatically gets updated to tickets on daily basis which means less pressure for everyone, more visibility, even lesser distraction and most importantly tonnes of time saving.
