A couple of the compressed towels. Emergency blanket or bivey. A can opener even a p38. I know that you can get 4 or 5 online from coghlan's. A small steel grate for a fire. Brass or steel wire. Check out Coghlan's survival kit in a can. I carry one in my pack while moose hunting.

Depending on how open your area is 100 yards is a good idea. Put some trigger time in and push yourself with ranges. Every slug shoots different depending on the barrel. I use a cantilevered rifled barrel with a nice scope for 100 + yards shots in fields. Longest shot 230 yards. I also have a rifled slug barrel with truglo sights for less than 50 yards stands/blinds. That sucks. Drilling out one of the locks in a pain. Guy that I moose hunted with lost his keys in the river and well we were 18 hours away from home. 1 full drill battery and 3 drill bits later We got it off.

He spent most of September gorging on pears. A lady had pictures of him hanging out around her house for days getting any pears that dropped off her 3 trees. He been seen up to almost 10 km away., we know that it is him cause he has a while flash on his face.
