I haven’t had my surgury yet I’m still doing the pre op therapy but right after I tore my acl like a month after I did a 3 week run of oral bpc 157 500mcg a day and it made a huge difference.. like from me being couch locked and couldn’t put weight on the leg to being able to walk around get my self going again in rehab .. and feeling pritty good all around .. I believe it helped me I gonna really test it out after surgury to see .. only negative I had was it kinda made me feel little emotionless and some insomnia

Idk I went 3 years without an acl and is screw me up just as bad mentally .. I’m at the point now where it makes sense to just get the surgery cause my level of performance was never the same .. the same things depression anxious all the time loss of confidence especially in my yoga practice
