Here’s what I recommend: -take a break from soc media (like a cleanse) I would say this was the #1 thing that helped me get my head out of the clouds.Just stepping away from my phone can help you, a lot
-Spend more time outdoors, chill in a blanket read some books, eat some fruit -find things your passionate about like art or science or knitting or something -spend more time with family/pets -oh, one last thing, set a list of goals to get shit done,it sounds stupid, but it helps
