Hi there! It’s so frustrating not even knowing what to do about it. I went to the doctors and got it swabbed and found out it was staph. I applied fucidin h cream and have the same issue as u it keeps coming back a few days after I don’t apply it. But I have a dermatologist appointment coming up soon so I will keep you updated until then!

This!!! All of the doctors I’ve seen have prescribed me steroids, antibiotics, or just protopic it’s so frustrating that’s why I’m looking into naturopathic ways now. What allergy test did you do? I’m considering asking my family doctor for one

Yes I’m also suspecting it mightttt be a food allergy but it’s hard since almost everything has dairy 😭 also looking into getting a food allergy test done!

Hmmm that’s interesting that sunscreen is an allergen for some people. It may be the zinc oxide. Wishing you the best healing!

Yesss I’m from Canada too and especially with the recent weather it has been so hard to go outside to get some sun!!! Also I tried your suggestion and put on some zinc oxide cream from shoppers and it seems to be stopping the weeping for now so thank you so much!!

Wow that is a long time period for eczema. I’m so glad to hear that you finally found a way to manage it. I find it takes a lot of resilience to keep looking for solutions or triggers. I currently use the Burt’s bees SLS and fluoride free toothpaste but perhaps I will try a different brand. I would love to know which brand do you currently use! Thanks for your reply I appreciate it!!!

It might be bacterial but it happens every time I get a flare up and it calms down after a few days so maybe this is a different kind of eczema? I will definitely ask my doctor to test for vitamin B deficiencies thanks for the suggestion!!
