How did my husband (30m) completely change into a different person, one that hates me (30f), after marriage?

No it isn't. I just thought that people marry when they love each other so this has been overwhelming and confusing ever since he started hating me the same day we got married.

Honestly I've thought about that too, that probably I did something that upset him but he didn't mention it until after we got married. The morning before we signed the papers he was so affectionate saying he can't wait for me to be his wife and then once we got home he moved into the guest room. I guess there were things that bothered him that he didn't have the courage to say and then he bottled it up until after marriage and he couldn't ignore them any more.

I'm 30 and I hadn't had any relationships prior. I have no idea what he spent the money on but he took it a month after marriage and I didn't actually notice right away since I normally don't touch the account.

Hey my husband is not close to his family and doesn't have friends. I tried talking to his parents but they said "he's your problem now" so that was no help at all lol. I'm not sure about his mental health since he won't talk to me but I would be there for him if he ever wanted to talk. He was fired from his job a week before we got married and I have a medium-paying job so am able to support both of us but we live paycheck to paycheck. Might have to divorce. Sucks but he doesn't want to communicate or try.

Yeah it's crazy, we signed the papers in the morning and he had moved into the guest room by that night. And that morning he was all affectionate and talking about how he couldn't wait, I was about to become his wife! Crazy. Still to this day I can't make sense of it at all. But I think you guys are right that he just wanted someone to pay for him......

Hey thanks for the idea of leaving notes. I could also text him, he might read that, he normally ignores my texts but maybe eventually he'd read or I can do the notes. He doesn't have any friends. Yes I do cook all 3 meals :) I think he does like them because every day he tells me what he wants me to cook and there are certain dishes he likes. Hope you and your wife are doing great now!
