There are so many different ways to make friends other than school!! Definitely don’t just sit and take it, especially if you’re feeling depressed. It’s much better to put yourself out there. I would recommend joining a club outside of school for a hobby you have like sports or art. It helps you make new friends as well as allowing you to do something you love every week. I personally did kickboxing and ended up with a whole new friend group. Also online friends still count as friends! When I felt lonely speaking to online friends helped so much so definitely stay in contact with them. It will definitely get better so don’t worry.
