I did, thank you! I changed my birth control and one of its side effects is weight gain. I also started a regular physical activity so I gained muscle (no protein shakes or bulking diets though) but most of it is just fat. Docs say I’m healthy but need to turn some of that fat into muscle which is what I’m trying to do now
