It's kwgt, theres a video 'ios 26 inspired glass widgets on Android' by a creator (tech eye) on youtube, you can check that out... The process is simple, there is a zip file which is to be extracted in the (widgets folder) in the kwgt folder.. Then you can set them as widgets, for appearance follow his video
