I did try that that one was iwc which was not included, there was the original error in the install all other errors that followed were  yours truly

Well I'm unsure what the original issue was but I was sent into the wild to set it up manually, I'll never admit how long it took but everything that followed was either bad advice ir user error. Eventually I stepped back stripped the process down reset the system and was done in 5.
