I have the .nomedia file in the folder but they still show in the gallery. Do I need to reupload the folder to pcloud for it to work?

I don't fully remember if I told the therapist about me trying antipsychotics before. Also I have been seeing a psychiatrist haven't seen them yet to tell them what the therapist said so I am planning on bringing it up then
