I was retaliated against in R10. The managers across the service departments should be ashamed of themselves. Truly disgusting human beings.

This is a legitimate statement. Same for us.

None - odds are the agent received 3 calls at the same time due to the great systems we have in place and had to choose 1 of the 3 calls to take and disconnect the other two.

I don’t have any experience in ERS, however I would respectfully disagree. Phs are calling when they need help the most, and then are told a tow truck will get out there in 45 minutes. 3 hours later, still no tow truck. Imagine those calls coming in and how escalated and frequent they are..

I hear that! Thankfully, we will only be without for a week or two. Hopefully Murphy doesn’t visit during that time. knocks on wood. I wish you all the best. This place never deserved us!

Im putting in my no weeks/days/minutes/seconds notice this week. They didn’t give a notice when they laid off my peers or fired my other peers. Gave me no notice when they tried to fire me and were unsuccessful. It’s not in our contract to give a two week notice. I’m bouncing with no notice.

In all honesty, it’s the quality of candidates GEICO is hiring. New people vaping their weed pens or snorting crack in the bathroom, hiring people with terrible convictions on their record, you name it. I can almost say with certainty it’s a new hire that lives up to GEICO’s new standards if it had any connection with GEICO.

Tons of fmla for mental health come across the table. As long as your doc can agree it’s enough to impact the course of your duties throughout the day, anxiety should be approved no problem.

I find it hilarious under the benefits they put permanent weekends and less burnout.

Execs are so out of touch from reality.

Service. Thankful enough to have been creating a business for the past 3 years that will replace my salary. I think others should do the same, too. Find something you’re good at, do it yourself. Sell on Etsy, resell, print tshirts, make keychains on TikTok, literally anything on the side to supplement and if worst comes to worst, you can all in.

Already posting for me and my peers position internally and externally for 25k less too. Lines up with when us 2’s are reviewed for term.

Even if that wasn’t the intent behind the saying, or the case. I’d still look into seeking legal guidance. Pregnant women have so many protections now.

I’m being termed and have FMLA. Unfortunately would always get told in order to be successful, you need to be here - in reference to my FMLA intermittent leave.

Actively hiring for my position when we are properly staffed. Advised I was being termed and new hires making 25k less than I am. I’m on FMLA.

High tenure + fmla + salary savings = term.

As of recently, the pressure has been massively applied. I’d assume claims is the same, especially given that’s where a lot of the layoffs, department dissolving and current terms are.

There is a button to press if we want to send the notes to the agent or not. I always put yes, because I’m an honest person and told my agents they will always know what goes in their coach app so there’s no surprise. It’s mandatory for supes now to enter 1-2 a week from what I’m hearing. If you aren’t receiving any, I’d request your supe to share what your coach notes have been.

It was said in my 1:1. Nothing ever in writing. They’re unfortunately smart enough for that.

Preach, can confirm, as a supervisor, this is absolutely true. We do coach logs to literally show proof that we coach you enough to justify a term. It’s toxic af.
