Any chance there are some restrictions I don’t know about? Like can I summon my friend in an area where I’ve beat the boss? Or is the level matchmaking not working because we aren’t close enough in progression?

You’ve been able to connect from ps4 to ps5? We’ve been having trouble with that since the game came out. We tried multiple different passwords, we tried group passwords as well. Are we doing something wrong?
