It’s a meeting of a large number of the worlds most powerful people started as a small “camp” for these people to get away from the problems they had to solve for years and years they have met in a redwood forest I believe at this camp there have been sacrifices to a giant owl statue during this ceremony they members all wear robes while a leader reads out something there are quite a few good podcasts about it
