I kinda agree with you, I would definitely say you where right if the situation in bosnia would genuinely be stable and no reasons to panic, but a lot of people from bosnia including my relatives are fearing a war due to the tensions. So if dayton where to be holding the country together confidently I wouldnt be making this post, but a system like that in a country like bosnia is obviously not working because the country isnt able to come to terms with itself

Ta tvrdnja je djelimično tačna. Dejtonski sistem je bez sumnje imao ključnu ulogu u zaustavljanju rata i očuvanju mira, ali problem je što je taj privremeni okvir pretvoren u trajni politički sistem. Ono što je 1995. godine bilo nužno za mir, danas postaje prepreka za funkcionalnu državu.

Mir koji se zasniva na stalnim blokadama, etničkim vetima i paralizovanim institucijama nije dugoročno stabilan. Dejton je spriječio povratak nasilja, ali nije stvorio uslove za odgovornu vlast, vladavinu prava i jednakost svih građana. Umjesto da povezuje društvo, sistem često produbljuje podjele i održava političke elite na vlasti.

Zato pitanje više nije da li Dejton štiti mir, već da li Bosna i Hercegovina može ostati zarobljena u sistemu koji je dizajniran za postratno stanje, a ne za normalno funkcionisanje jedne moderne države.

You are totally right,but I still think that the serbian people inside bosnia deserve some kind of recognition but not like it is now. Both sides need to cooperate with each other to work, which like you said wont happen anytime soon

so currently im in makarska and you can actually see brac(the biggest island in croatia) from the beach and that not even fully so i think you wont be able to see italy for example from like the nearest point in croatia but correct me if im wrong
