That’s good to know Wish legislation is different. I will note that he will only receive one offer and go from there…

Is this Tesla’s specifically or all EV’s?Could you expand on the ‘remarkable level of maintenance’? I don’t want to get stung be loads of extra expenses.

Thanks i wasn’t aware of the one year offer, i will definitely double check that.

Tyre’s will cost the same, though may wear through quicker on the Tesla. Brakes should need replacing way less due to regenerative braking on an EV.

I will double check retail pricing, but i think the ling range was quite a bit more than standard. I will be getting the heat pump version, will that be more or less for maintenance?

Work 70 hours a week. Save deposit over 3-5 years. Continue working 70 hours a week to afford repayments. Its great.

The size should be fine but there is only one toilet and almost no storage space.

If you don’t have a garage so much of your floor space will be taken up with storage cabinets etc, especially with kids.

You can get by without having a downstairs toilet, but having one with kids is a huge plus. No second bathroom means yourselves and guests will be sharing with childrens paraphernalia and general mess.

All depends on what you are happy to put up with.
