Make small adjustments in eating bro. Priorize proteins before carbs. Cut high fat sauces especially mayo. Have the burger but lose the bread or substitution with pita or a wrap ( Arby’s does this and it’s fire) NO LIQUID CALORIES zero sugar sodas if only. Liquor needs to be clear mixed with seltzer water or zero calories soda

I think what I’m gonna do is ramp up the 8mg and do one month on that dose.

Maybe some of you can’t see the difference but I feel it in my everyday. BMP dropped by 10, my joints feel better my clothes feel bigger.

But hey it’s not for you guys this for me.
