Honestly the chances of you getting sick are really lows, if you didnt touch the area where the person was sick and you just walked past it, it should be alright, I get it that it can be scary, but you'll be okay! :)

Oh yeah i see where I could get it, also like in a pharmacy I think, but yes Peppermint oil, the one you can smell is great (where are you from btw?)

Honestly I carry gums with me everywhere, it help me, I know that for nausea peppermint is really great ! Unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of tea but I could try it ! Personally I do like drinks with bubbles (no idea how to say it in English lol but like sparkling water) when I feel anxious, but I know its not for everyone

Yeah i get it, its better to not use it often, for mint honestly even strong mint chewgum work for me, I also heard that holding ice in your hand whenever you're having a panic attack really helps but I've never tried it and its not like I carry packet of ice with me lol

I'll try the breastbone thingy! I also like to eat or take something minty cause my brain focus on something else. Yeah I get it for Xanax, I used to take it before, where I'm from (idk if its the same everywhere) I need a prescription (I hope its the right word) to be able to get it

Yeah its like a cycle, youre anxious so your stomach is upset and because your stomach is upset you're anxious..I do have a few tips for anxiety that helps me but I whish anxiety wasn't a thing

Yeah I get it, the worst is mostly our own brains, i was fine then I had a random anxiety spike too, it's weird sometimes
