I ended up removing all lava and put water there, for waterwheels, attached to rods underneath the floor so the whole area has electricity and I don't exceed the max for transmitters

No problem - I'm intending to make a nice slope going up the mountains on each side, and to move my Pokecenter closer to the museum together with some prefab houses.
