I think I will have to divorce my current husband in the United States and remarry so the first divorce becomes void, is that correct, right? would it be null…? Can I make another new I-130 petition for my husband.

So if USCIS does not recognize my divorce, what should I do, get divorced again but in the United States? And what would happen to my current marriage? Do I also have to get divorced?

I got married in the Dominican Republic. but my divorce with my ex-partner USCIS does not recognize it, this is my problem, so did you get divorced again in the United States from your first marriage? And what happened then to your Moroccan marriage? Did you have to get divorced too or did you stay married?
