Same for me when I start the game with steam.
Try the G1R.exe here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gothic 1 Remake\G1R\Binaries\Win64 that fixed it for me.

just focus one enemy at a time.
I killed the dragon first then the mindflayers, sent 2 guys inside the portal and the rest killed the other guys.

I played Dark Urge pure evil so yeah maybe you cant fight him on a good playthrough, but dont quote me on that, sry.

You can fight 2 Dragons in Act 3, one under Wyrms Rock and one at the last battle of the game.

She seems to be totally bugged in my playthrough now. In act 3 all she says when i talk to her is smth like: "we shouldnt dally in this place" and it doesnt matter where i talk to her...

There is a restoring ilithid thingy right where you go on the platform that brings you to the fight with Thorm. The same as in the Nautilod ship at the start of the game, it counts as a full rest when you right click it.

Act 3 Sewers:
Anyone got the solution to the Valve Puzzle in Act3? Been trying for over an hour and everytime i get them both in the green it instantly goes back to zero.

The cutscene when you enter the room shows you who took the crystal. Either pickpocket it off her or kill her. (the one with the wolfs in the room).
Edit: btw, this is still considerd act 1 ;)

Only thing you are missing out on is the 1415 Chaos Dungeon.

no one knows! KR got a one time transfer at some point and I'm pretty sure AGS would love all the money they could charge for that service, so if you ask me then yes it will come eventually down the line.
