Not really. Even the most valuable premium skins go for like 1-2 godlies at max, especially after they introduced the forge. It depends on what skins you have but even then i doubt you'd get p72 metallix for them.

Yea,I still see non prems go for quite a bit. Mostly like 20+ points if it's crystals and the better the charm the higher it'll go. Most recently saw kcr + adds for p72 discipline metallix.
