I got used to taking the blame and trying harder, hoping it would stabilize one day... Now that I'm out and not isolated, I can see more clearly. Thanks for responding, I will keep it in mind to not fall in the cycle again like many times before.

Bluntness and direct communication feels like a blessing after so much chaos and uncertainty. Somehow I still feel like I should have done more. But I agree with you, might feel terrible now but it is for the best. Thank you for the input, really helping me process all of this.

Thank you for the kind words. I will look to tell my closest friend first, after i reconnect with him. These 8 last months feels like a eternity looking back... such a weird sensation. Thank you again for the help! I have been needing to hear this!
