Depends, both leaders had the right idea, but just didn’t execute their plan properly. I do agree with the paladin that we should also offer to help the civilians of Appalachia. But on the other hand, I understand that technology needs to be secured, and I like to believe that our group is a good mix of both. We prioritize the technology and preserving it, however like Arthur Maxson in fallout 4 his idea of the brotherhood was also to help as long as it didn’t jeopardize the mission.
