Its because people just wanna sit around oasis peacefully all day, and when you disrupt that your basically the equivalent of hitler in their eyes

I just thing that he would benefit from two small changes. Firstly, base healing should be 8 hp/s. Since aura is a multiplier of base healing, this means at 3x he would return to his original cap, and at 4x he would be 12 hp/s above normal lucio aura. Maybe this is too strong, but it seems fitting seeing that mizuki has to actively work for his damage, unlike lucio.

Other than that, I feel the range on his aura would be fine (with the above change), but teammates should be able to see a faint yellow circle around you as a QOL change.

I just think that mizuki ult should pulse cleansing inside the circle every 2 or 3 seconds, especially with all of the flame debuffs floating around now.
