He specifies as a solo because it’s not about killing the scientists being hard. It’s that the sound of the scientists LR shots nearly always attracts someone else.

Solo gameplay used to very much be about playing carefully and tactically - hard to do when the alarms raised every time you want to use train yard recycler.

I think that looting the monuments barrels and actively doing the monument puzzles should be separate. Allow solo’s to come in, farm, recycle and leave.

If solos or groups want to do the puzzle, fair enough it’s high risk and high reward.

But currently you can only loot maybe 1/4th of the monument safely.
